It's affordable, has a good location, and felt safe for women traveling alone. The lobby was clean and neat, and staff were helpful and polite. The room wasn't fully clean, though, and I had to ask for toiletries and the coffee and tea amenities. Breakfast was average, with a limited menu. The strict rule against visitors could be inconvenient if you're staying in another city and want to meet friends. I'd rate the stay 3/5, mainly because it was budget-friendly.

We stayed for five days and had good service and nice food. The guys in the lobby were very humble, especially Sanju, who looked after us really well. A good place to stay and dine.

The location was pleasant, but the room and service issues got in the way of a comfortable stay. The room was described as spacious, yet there was only one chair for a couple. In the bathroom, there was just one waste bin, and staff suggested using it for all rubbish. Despite asking several times, we didn't get a dental kit, enough towels, or tissue paper. The shower only gave cold water. There was no kettle, tea cup, or water glass, even though tea bags and milk powder were supplied. When I brought this up with the manager, the response was brief and not very courteous. I'd suggest checking the room and confirming essential items are available before paying.

Everything else was good, but we booked a triple occupancy room and there wasn't a blanket for the third person. We asked for an extra one, but the hotel had run out.
