Hotel AVN Grand

The hotel and its rooms are good, and the service is satisfactory. But there’s no place for drivers to stay. Guests arriving with drivers after a long journey may find that a basic rest facility is needed so the driver can recover before the next day’s trip. The management should consider arranging one.

Everyone in our families felt welcomed and well cared for when we stayed at AVN Grand Hotel for my engagement. The rooms were clean and comfortable, service was prompt, and the warmth continued throughout our stay. It felt personal, as well as professional. Tamalji and Netaji deserve special credit. Their calm leadership and hands-on help kept the event running smoothly. They coordinated the flow, handled guest requests, and checked that we were comfortable. Our families noticed their effort and had nothing but praise for them. From check-in until the last guest left, everything was handled warmly and professionally. Thank you for making such an important day smooth and memorable. I’d recommend the place for its management, hospitality, and event support.

I’ve stayed here regularly for a long time, but on my recent visit I arrived without a booking and couldn’t get a room, despite being a loyal customer. It left me feeling like that loyalty didn’t count. Prices keep rising, while the rooms aren’t properly cleaned and don’t feel worth the cost. The breakfast buffet is the same every day, with no variety or apparent effort to improve it. Dinner needs work too, both in taste and quality. If you’re staying in this area, I’d spend a little more at Capitol Residency Hotel for better service and value.

I stayed here on 23.11.2025, and it was a frightening night. There was loud music and noisy guests until 0200am, with no decorum in the hotel. The manager didn’t know how to activate the door key to hand it over. The parking security didn’t know how to park guests’ cars and barely helped when it was time to take one out. The rooms are very small. They showed me one room but gave me another, and the tariff didn’t feel justified by the stay. Baggage porters stood still until you gave them remuneration, though normally I’d give it at checkout with pleasure. The whole experience was very bad, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
