Grand Arsh Residency

The food was really amazing, and everything we tried tasted great. Room service was punctual and met all our needs. But there were lots of unexplained charges and overcharges. A 40 rs can of Coldrink was billed at 99, and water with an MRP of 20 rs cost 42rs. They didn’t clearly explain the room service order charges either. We were charged 104 for a pair of cloth slippers. I hope they address this.

I really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and its beautiful view at Hotel Grand arsh residency. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was an excellent experience, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The food was tasty, and breakfast was filling, though there was a small queue. We found the location on Ratu Road convenient, with good links to the city center and nearby eateries. Our two-day stay was comfortable, with spacious, clean, cozy rooms and modern interiors. The lobby felt welcoming, and the staff were courteous and helpful. It’s accessible for all guests, with elevators and easy navigation, and the surroundings were tidy with minimal plastic. A pleasant, convenient stay in Ranchi! 🌸🏨

The restaurant staff were good, especially Chandan, but the manager was extremely rude and acted like he knew better than everyone. We booked a small get-together for a few people. Soup came in disposable cups, and when I complained, all they did was give us plastic spoons. That wasn’t the restaurant staff’s fault, it was the manager’s, who never came to check on us but did make sure to remind us about prepayment and take it. There were other hidden issues and last-minute tantrums that left the customer unable to do anything. It doesn’t deserve to be called a three-star hotel. It might be okay for a one-time meal out, but not for family gatherings or stays because of the management.
