OYO 78659 Collection O Hotel Jayshree Domestic Airport

The pictures of the hotel are misleading, and the place is very cramped. Not good for a family stay.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed, and I can't believe OYO calls it a Flagship hotel. It shouldn't even be listed among OYO hotels, or else their standards have really fallen. We arrived at 10.30pm and the room still wasn't clean or ready. Once we finally got in, there were no towels or bathroom mat. We were told towels would come soon, then after half an hour and several follow-ups, told there weren't any available until morning. The flush and shower didn't work, and the whole hotel smelled of smoking. There were three of us, and although we'd requested an extra mattress when booking, we waited over an hour and had to keep calling for it. The next day, our tea and toast came on a broken tray covered in fungus, with no saucer for the cups. Overall, it's the worst place. I hope people stop staying here. I'd rate it below zero.

Don't choose this just because it's cheap. There were cockroaches and bedbugs everywhere, the bedsheets were dirty and torn and seemed to have been reused many times, and there were no amenities. Only the cleaning staff were helpful. Otherwise, it was a very poor experience.

The rooms were neat, the AC worked, the beds were fine, and the staff were friendly. I didn't check the TV. Overall, it was okay, and nothing is cheaper than this compared with other hotels near the airport. I arrived after my flight at 2:30 am and was asked to pay 2800, with checkout at 11 am. They said it could be lowered to 2,400 if I left at 7 am. I'd recommend booking through another site like hotels, where rates are more competitive. The receptionist said bookings made directly with them don't include free WiFi or breakfast. The breakfast was horrible, just upamav, poha, and bread.
