Hotel Aroma

We had to leave without getting the full room payment back, after the male receptionist changed the terms on us. He had taken an advance after we contacted the hotel by phone, but when we arrived he first insisted on cash and refused online payment. We checked in, then five minutes later he returned to say we had to book another room for a male guest. He knew when we booked that there were three of us and that we were visiting the temple, yet he said this was against hotel policy. That should have been explained while we were booking online. His information about the hotel was poor, and the behavior was unprofessional. It’s shameful for staff to show such a sick mentality and behave this way.

Our first Mumbai trip gave us lots of memories, and our two days at the hotel with our family and children were very comfortable. We’d reserved the rooms a week ahead and arrived in the early hours of 26/12/25. The polite staff guided us well, and the office boys helped a lot with moving our luggage. They also arranged a Mumbai darshan bus and suggested seeing Marine drive at night and visiting Siddi Vinayaka Temple early in the morning. A big thank you to SACHIN BHAYYA at Aroma Receiption, who helped us so much from day one. We recommend the hotel under Sachin bhayya’s guidance.

A decent option in Dadar, and better than the other hotels in the Dadar, Mumbai area. The photos posted are of the outside of the hotel.

The property’s location was the only good part of my business trip stay. The rooms were filthy and smelled bad, and the staff were arrogant. The AC made a noise, while the fan had a missing regulator knob and ran only at its highest speed. The bathroom was dirty too. A pathetic experience, I’d say don’t stay here.
