They charged me 1200/ for one night in an AC room, which felt way too expensive for the condition. There were cockroaches under the bed, damp walls, locks that didn't work, and dirty sheets and towels.

Payment was cash only, which caused an issue. There was no Wi-Fi, breakfast, TV, lift, or AC. The staff on the fourth floor were cordial. OYO should look into this.

We booked through the Oyo app, but once we arrived they asked for more than the tariff shown there. Very poor service, wouldn't recommend it.
