The room was in very poor condition, and no water was coming from the tap. The staff didn’t behave well or know how to speak to customers or manage the rooms. I’d ask Oyo to cancel its partnership with this hotel and find another one.

My experience at Oyo Hotel Eleven was very disappointing. I had a confirmed booking, but the staff gave my room to someone else at a higher rate and refused to provide me with a room. They were uncooperative and unprofessional. When I asked for a refund, they replied, "Jo krna hai krlo, yaha aapka koi room nhi hai" (Do whatever you want, you don't have a room here). That attitude was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel, and I wouldn’t stay here again. Avoid it and look elsewhere. Rating: 1/5, and that’s being generous.

When I arrived for my booking through booking.com, the manager asked me to cancel it there and give him ₹1150 directly. The room I was given was very dirty, there wasn’t even a clothes hanger, and the washroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The manager said the owner, a dentist who practices in the same building, encourages him to trick guests because most of them are couples, according to the manager. Stay here only if there’s no other option. I definitely don’t recommend it for families.
