Some rooms have a very good view of all of Shimla, and the rooms are clean and equipped with the essential appliances. The property is well maintained, with no outdated interior, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Food is up to the mark. Service is slow, and that’s one reason for the lower rating. The hotel is also away from the city centre, so on busy days it can take hours to get into town.

The prices were very reasonable, and the owner was especially friendly, open-minded, supportive, and committed. The staff were so good too, and both properties in Shimla and Manali were nice. Thanks.

Getting to Mall Road took us an hour during peak traffic, and the road noise was disturbing. Our room had no view, and its faulty lighting left us without lights for the whole night.
