The rooms were clean and well maintained, and service was quick. Staff were really polite and helpful. Had a wonderful, comfortable stay at Hotel Hilltop Courtyard! 🏨✨ Definitely recommend it for an easy hotel stay. 👍

The service was awful. Even after repeated calls, he didn’t bring water or tea by 9:30 in the morning. The location is terrible, and he seemed so out of it that he didn’t come out of his room even after we checked out. The person at this hotel is misleading people and making false claims.

There was no drinking water, and the rooms felt unhygienic, with only one bedsheet. There’s no caretaker apart from the arrogant person there, who speaks very aggressively and doesn’t know how to serve guests. Avoid this place. It feels like a house where no tenant has stayed, with someone turning a two-bedroom flat into a hotel and fooling people.

The room itself was fine, but the staff management was poor. When I checked in, there were no water bottles or towels. They brought the bottles after an hour, but even after I asked for towels two or three times, none came. I had to manage without them. It wasn’t worth it. They need to change the staff or improve how things are managed.
