The owner was genuinely nice and humble, and the price was reasonable compared with other Shimla hotels. It was a decent budget stay, though some basic amenities need work. Heaters cost ₹500 per heater, and the TV wasn’t working during our stay.

We were on a college tour in Shimla with a large group of students when heavy snowfall caught us. The team at Snow Land Shimla helped turn what could have been a disaster into something manageable. They treated the students with so much patience and care, especially those who were injured or frightened by the weather. On our last day, the hotel was fully booked, but they didn’t leave us stranded. They personally found alternative accommodation and made sure we were all fed and safe. I’m deeply grateful to them for looking after our children like their own. This is a place that really cares about its guests.

The rooms and washroom are good, and a heater is provided for hot water. The only issue was the food, there wasn’t proper food here.

It’s well maintained and centrally located. I’d choose this place over staying in main Shimla. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, breakfast is good, the food is delicious, and the staff are amazing.
