Simla the Village

Mr. Santosh Sharma, the manager, was kind and made sure I was comfortable and well looked after. I had breakfast and dinner there, both were tasty and came quickly. There are buses just outside the hotel that go near the mall road and the ridge. The property is well maintained, and my room and washroom were spotless and nicely done. I had a calming valley view from my room, and it was a lovely escape from the crowds and noise.

Such a peaceful place for friends or family. The ambience is nice, the room was clean and good, and the food was really good. Service was excellent and the staff polite. I love this place.

The in-house kitchen was a highlight for us. We ate there throughout our four-night family stay and enjoyed the tasty food, good variety, and authentic flavors. Staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful, and they arranged taxis for local sightseeing, which made getting around Shimla easy. We stayed at Simla, the Village Hotel, about 15 minutes from the busy town. We booked an executive room and a deluxe room. Both were very clean, with modern, well-kept bathrooms, and the executive room was especially spacious with a beautiful view of the Shimla hills from the window. We’d love to return.

The beds were comfortable, the place was impeccably clean, and the service was superb. The staff made us feel valued from arrival onward, greeting us warmly and professionally. They were attentive whenever we needed help, including with transport and suggestions for local attractions. Their genuine care made the stay memorable. Highly recommend.
