The best part is the location, near the Mall Lift, with the Mall about 800 mts away. Aside from that, it was a horrible stay for me and my family of 3 mambers after a long journey. Our room was dirty, and when we asked reception for toiletries, they said they were finished and out of stock. The rooms are much smaller than the listings on MMT and other sites suggest. There is no lift. If your room is on the 3rd or 4th floor, expect steep stairs. Senior citizens should stay on the 1st or 2nd floor. The heater costs Rs 500 per night, but it's a filament type that warms your legs and lower body, not the room. In short, a big no for staying here.

The room was tiny and the service was poor. The telephone didn't work, the food wasn't good, and apart from soap they didn't provide toiletries. The towel was very thin, and the washroom had a very small geyser. They charge ₹500 for a heater. A few hours after checkout, I asked to use a room for 10 mins to change clothes, but they sent me to the shared staff washroom instead.

Worst place to stay. The hotel and room were okay, but the staff were pathetic and couldn't even show respect to paying customers. The person at reception acted like he owned the place. Even if he is the owner, he has no right to waste our time or treat us like we're only there to make him money. Pathetic.

The property has been newly renovated, and the room had a lovely view. Great location. I'd love to visit hare again.

The location is beautiful. Our room was a bit dirty when we arrived, but room service cleaned it. It was great overall.
