Breakfast was the biggest hassle: seats are limited, so we often had to wait for a table. The hotel should consider adding more seating and improving how breakfast is managed. Service was slow elsewhere too. Even coffee mugs took a long time to replace, and coffee arrived late. Staff didn't respond to requests promptly. The food was acceptable, though nothing special. The stay itself was average, and the room service was poor and late. A disappointing experience overall.

We had such a good time at the hotel. The food tasted great, and the hospitality was lovely. Everyone seemed to be smiling while looking after us. Goverdhan Ji and Divya Mam at the desk were wonderful, and Pranjal Ji, Priya Ji, and Pitamber Ji took care of us at breakfast and dinner. They were all so helpful and made sure we had what we needed.

The little touches in the room made it feel especially cozy, from the soft lighting to the fresh scent around the hotel. My room was spotless and beautifully put together, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The amenities were all thoughtfully provided. Staff were warm and professional, always ready to help, and check-in was quick and easy. From the moment I arrived, the stay was better than I'd expected.

The service left me frustrated from beginning to end. When I raised problems, staff were unhelpful and requests went ignored. The property felt neglected, with poor upkeep and unacceptable cleanliness. My room also wasn't as advertised, and basic amenities were missing or didn't work properly. For what I paid, the value was nowhere near acceptable. The whole stay felt stressful instead of comfortable, and the atmosphere suggested poor management. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Future guests should look elsewhere before booking.

We had a great one night stay at la risa on 26 jan, 2026. The ambience was lovely, the hospitality was top notch, and there was a wide choice at both buffet dinner and breakfast. The food was very good. A few things could be better. The kids room is spacious, but it needs tidying and better upkeep: some toys were broken and the mats weren't clean. Baby chairs and utensils would also be useful in the restaurant. The TV didn't work because the hotel hadn't taken a dish tv subscription, and it wasn't a smart TV that could connect to wifi. The property is 6 kms from mall road. It can take 15-20 mins normally, though on heavy traffic days the trip may stretch to 1-2 hours. Whether that works for you depends on choosing a peaceful area or staying nearer the busy mall road.
