We had a comfortable stay, with friendly service and really tasty food. Mr Ashish was very cordial, and the rooms had what we needed, including attached washrooms. One room also has its own balcony. The rooms are close together and share a verandah, so privacy could be awkward if one family takes two rooms and another guest occupies the third. Aside from that, everything was fine. The place is quiet, away from city traffic, and still close to the main roads. There are plenty of eateries within a 10-minute drive, so the location worked well for us. Ashish and his family were great hosts, with prompt service and helpful sightseeing advice that saved us time on the road. I'd recommend staying here over a hotel.

We had a lovely breakfast on the terrace, prepared by the family. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and the host was very helpful. It's a peaceful spot close to the city circle.

The owner was warm, friendly, and keen to help, but we regretted staying here whenever we were indoors. We spent most of our days out, so we stayed rather than change plans. The room felt stuck in the 1980s. The sheets and bed covers were very basic, the pillows were uncomfortably hard, and the only bedside table was a bathroom stool. Electrical fittings were oddly placed, and most bathroom fittings were rusty or only partly working. Hot water wasn't consistent, and there wasn't even a kettle. For the price, it felt considerably overpriced and fell short of even modest expectations. I'd only suggest it to someone with very low standards. It certainly wasn't worth what we paid.
