They wouldn’t honor my online booking at 1 AM, in the middle of the night, though they were fine with an on-site booking. After 30 minutes, they asked me to move into a terrible 1×1 room, which had spit all over it, even though my booking was for an AC room. It’s shameful that hotels listed on OYO and goibibo refuse check-ins, especially in the middle of the night.
We spent a day and night here for a wedding and had a wonderful time, made special memories, and lots of fun. It was our first time. The service was amazing, and the rooms and room service were decent, clean, and proper. The pool area was gorgeous and the food was tasty too. Keep up the great work, and have a prosperous and successful future.
The location works well, with plenty of parking and a large banquet hall. The rooms have a good amount of space, though they could use some maintenance. The wedding decorations were nice too. A nice place overall.
The reception staff were good, but the room had too many insects, and the TV stayed broken for my entire two-day visit. Staff didn't take care of that. I was also told there'd be a hot shower, which wasn't true. The bedsheets were dirty and I had to ask three times before they were replaced.
There’s a restaurant on the property, plus a water park where you can spend some enjoyable time. I found the rooms spacious and clean, and there’s a large lawn for a morning walk or a meal outside. I stayed here while visiting Kota.
