Capital O 66036 Silver Miles Resort

The rooms looked nothing like the Google photos and were in very poor condition. Even though rooms were empty, they wanted an extra charge for checking in at 10 AM. There was no working TV or Wi-Fi, and I didn't see any safety precautions. Don't waste your money here. I won't be coming back.

The washroom was dirty, the room had no dustbin, and there was just one charging socket. The TV was tiny and many channels weren't subscribed. They don't allow non-veg or outside food, since it's a pure veg hotel, and the service was very bad. Check-in took a long time, and despite having paid in full in advance, they still took a Rs 500 deposit. A very unhygienic place. Don't waste your time or money here.

There was no electricity at the resort, which made the place feel like a haunted house. I booked through Oyo, but when I arrived, the person there said they don't provide rooms booked on Oyo and asked for more money at check-in. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The receptionist uncle who collects the cash was very rude, and this doesn't feel like a resort at all. Power cuts, an untidy room and a smelly bathroom made the stay unpleasant. The jet spray and intercom didn't work, the AC was out of order, and hot water was a problem because their heater was always under repair. There was a cigarette smell in the room and no room freshener. The food was awful and far too oily. I don't recommend this place to anyone. It seems to me they don't have the funds to manage the property.
