The restaurant was a nice surprise, with tasty food and portions that felt generous. The hotel is also conveniently placed near transport and major attractions. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A good option for work or a leisure trip at a reasonable price.

I paid for a Deluxe room but was given a lower-category one, and the bathroom facilities weren't working. The blankets were dirty and had no covers. What concerned me most was the lack of privacy and security: staff shared my room number with people they didn't know, without asking me. That felt unsafe and unacceptable.

So good.. I haven't had service this nice in a long time. They even bring complimentary fruit in the evening 👍

At 30 years old, the hotel is showing its age. The tables have damaged legs and the bathroom fittings, including the old geyser systems, need updating. Maintenance really needs attention. Breakfast is complimentary, though an 8 am start feels late to me; 7 am would be better. It doesn't have the finish of an international star-rated property.

The rooms are a good size, and the location is excellent. The property itself is old and needs renovation.
