M.S Hotel

I paid a high rate for a room and service that, in my view, weren't worth more than Rs 300. The property badly needs maintenance, and the poor service made the stay far below an acceptable standard. The toilet had a persistent bad smell, the wardrobe handle was broken so we had to leave the cabinet open, and neither the wall AC controls nor the remote worked. The room telephone wire kept coming loose, making it unreliable for calling service. Breakfast was the worst part. The idlis were cold and so hard they were difficult to eat, and the Poori-Sabzi was absolutely abysmal. There were no usual options like fresh fruit or juice. It took 20 minutes just to bring milk for my cornflakes. With all the maintenance problems, broken amenities, and poor food, the high rental cost is unjustifiable. I'd strongly advise others to look elsewhere. The hotel needs an immediate, total overhaul of maintenance and kitchen operations.

The food was the biggest concern at MS Hotel Private Limited in Bhagalpur. The quality was poor, and I was served stale fish, which is unacceptable and raises serious worries about hygiene and food safety. Staff also lacked professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay, and the service fell far below what I expected. It was one of the worst stays I've had, and I can't recommend the hotel. I hope management takes this seriously and makes major improvements.

The plates and cutlery at Khushi Restaurant were very dirty, and food was served in a completely unhygienic way. I visited MS Hotel today and had a very bad experience. I ordered egg noodles, but they gave mint sauce and ketchup as accompaniments, without soy sauce or vinegar. The staff were very unfriendly. It didn't feel at all like eating at a 2 star hotel.
