Parking was the one inconvenience: there’s only a limited amount, and it’s a short walk from the hotel. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant and handy for a break on a long drive. I booked by the hour to freshen up and rest, and found the room clean, well kept, and supplied with the usual comforts. The price felt reasonable for what I needed.

The best part was how the staff handled a problem after we’d left. My wife had forgotten her bag at reception, and we only realized once we were on the train. I called right away to ask them to keep it safe and courier it to Chennai. They agreed without hesitation. Our stay itself was pleasant too: the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was tasty. The hotel is easy to reach on Palani Road.

It’s in a central spot and easy to get to by road. There is parking, though you have to walk up to 100 m to reach it. The food was fresh and good, but service took a while. Our room was cleaned properly, and room service did a great job. The furnishings are a bit old, but it was a decent stay in Dindigul.

I tried to book at Vivera, but it wasn’t available, so I ended up at Vari park. I don’t know how this hotel got its stars; maybe they made them up themselves. The AC didn’t work, and there were no tea bags, coffee powder, or milk powder. The heater was broken too. Service was awful, and breakfast wasn’t worth having.

A comfortable place for travellers, with clean rooms, good service, and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast is tasty, and the location is convenient. Some guests mention that parking and room amenities could use improvement.
