A lovely, quiet setting made this a great place to relax. Our room was clean, roomy, and well maintained, and the staff were polite and quick to help, always with a smile. There was a good choice of food, too. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

The fishing trip was a highlight for us. The guide was excellent and very helpful, and we had a great time. We also loved the food, which was flavorful and so well prepared that it beat many well-known city restaurants for us. The peaceful hill views made this a lovely spot for a family break, and we found the room and facilities comfortable and thoughtfully designed. We did have some service issues, especially delays with the hot water problem and room cleaning. Better attention to those would make a good stay even better. We'd be glad to visit again.

The pool was the one part that didn't work well for us. The water was so heavily chlorinated that our eyes stung. Otherwise, there was loads to enjoy, including the coffee plantation nature walk, badminton, basketball, archery, cricket, the Carocle ride, and fishing. Gautam was a patient, helpful guide and always had a smile. The children's play area was tidy and clean, and there's also a game room. Our room and bathroom were very clean, and both dinner and breakfast were a lavish spread. The location, food, and friendly, helpful staff were all amazing. I'd recommend the resort to anyone.

The staff were so warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, and the food was a real treat. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully made. Aalterra Resort has beautiful surroundings, a peaceful atmosphere, and is very well maintained. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.
