I couldn't get food after ordering a beer at about 9:45 PM because the waiter shouted rudely that the kitchen was closed. The bar stays open until 11 PM, but he showed no courtesy or professionalism. He never came back to check on me or refill the snacks, and it felt like customers didn't matter. There was no effort to handle things politely, just the sense that I was being blamed for arriving when I did. I've had better service in basic local bars. Staff attitude and their understanding of hospitality need serious improvement.
