I've stayed here around 10 to 15 times when visiting Bhagalpur, for work and otherwise, and I like the hotel for everything. I don't know why people are so upset after reading a few reviews. Maybe they're people from other hotels using different IDs to complain about what I think is the best hotel. I don't think it's bad. Please stop the drama, wrong reviews, and rumors about this hotel.

It was an okay stay, but I had several problems. I checked in because my exam center was nearby, and I had to order through the hotel. The bathroom kept leaking, I was given the wrong bill, and they charged me extra. I sanitized the room myself, and the TV wasn't working.

The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms are decent, though the sheets or blankets may be dirty, so you have to ask the staff to change them.

A nice, clean place to spend time with family and friends. The food was good too, but the service was very slow. Cool spot 👍

You wouldn't expect this hostel, tucked among government buildings, to have such good food. The restaurant is decorated simply, and it's a hidden gem. I'm vegetarian, but I've heard people praise the chicken starter plenty of times.
