The rooms were bright, clean, and lovely, and the location was just right. Even when reception was busy, the staff made us feel like the only guests there. The concierge and reception teams remembered our names and room numbers, and nothing seemed too much trouble. We loved it. 🥰🥰🥰
The room is quite good for an affordable price, though the room service wasn't satisfactory. The place is actually an apartment in the AURA AVENUE housing complex, visible from the Ludhiana-Chandigarh state highway. I couldn't find the name CITY MOTEL written anywhere in the area.
The food costs a lot, Rs.120 for Aloo Gobi sabzi, and there were plumbing problems. The rooms also weren't cleaned every day. Otherwise, everything was good.
The cleaning could be better, but the room quality was good, as were the service and food. Seems like a good fit for an official meeting.
The food was amazing, and the staff were good. It's a nice guest house, and I felt at home.
