The rooms are small and the staff's behavior wasn't good. They only seem interested in money and don't care about the customer. When you book through the app, they show you a standard room, then charge extra if you want a better one. A terrible experience.
The hotel wouldn't let me in even though I'd booked through the OYO website. I ended up staying there anyway, and regret it after seeing the facilities. It was the worst hotel possible, without even one clean room.
The booking for both rooms had been confirmed through Oyo, but when we arrived at night, the manager refused to let us stay. He said one woman and three men could not be given rooms, and the way he judged us was bizarre and hurtful. I never expected this from Oyo. How are places like this allowed on the platform? @oyo
The owner was pleasant, and they serve both vegetarian and nonvegetarian food. Still, the booking experience was poor: despite paying in advance, they refused to assign us a room and charged extra. The location on Google is confusing, and the rates feel high for the location and room facilities.
I booked this budget-friendly hotel for an early flight and slept well before traveling. The window view was lovely, and after a light drizzle I even got to see a double rainbow. The place seemed new, though, with limited amenities. The TV didn't work, and exposed wires made it look like work was still underway. Still, I had a nice stay and would recommend it to other travelers with flights that night or the next morning.
