The staff were really nice, and breakfast was very good. I also got a free room upgrade. Nice hotel.

I paid 2600, but this felt like a place worth less than 1500 rupees. The cleaning was well below average, and I saw more mosquitoes in the room and washroom than I've ever seen. It needs to make sure the rooms are properly cleaned. The good points were the food and the location, close to Moradabad junction. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The bathroom smelled bad, had mold in the corners and tiles, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. The whole place felt unhealthy: dampness and mold were everywhere, including the walls, ceiling corners, and around the windows. Even the pillows and quilt had visible mold and fungus. We asked for fresh bedding, but staff took it away and brought back the same moldy items. Requests also took ages, if anyone dealt with them at all. We were staying here with family, and it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. I strongly advise people to stay somewhere else.

For three days at a wedding, they kept moving us between different rooms. The geysers weren't working on two of those days, so we had no hot water for bathing. When we complained and asked for a refund, they promised us a complimentary stay another time. But when we tried to use it, the receptionist refused unless the person whose initials were on the booking was physically there, even though we got her consent by phone. The reception guy and manager made pathetic excuses, while their boss switched off his phone and, I reckon, went off for a peaceful sleep when we needed him. The rooms may look neat from outside, but the amenities are seriously lacking. A thoroughly disappointing stay at this so-called hotel. I wouldn't recommend it.
