The Fun Valley By OYO Rooms

The cottages are good, with a separate balcony for each room. They’re spacious and well ventilated, a nice place to hang out with friends. Food is freshly made and very delicious. The property is within Fun Valley water and amusement park.

Given the low price and the Covid off-season, I wasn't expecting much, and the room discount was high enough that I didn't mind paying separately for breakfast. Still, Oyo messaged me that breakfast was included, but the hotel hadn't received that message, so I paid extra. That incorrect communication was an unnecessary hassle. There were spots on the towels, bathroom supplies weren't provided, and electricity kept going off during the night. Water from the first-floor AC kept dripping onto the ground-floor AC and making noise.

The rooms are bad and the service was very poor. I wouldn't recommend it at this price. For around 1000, nearby hotels are much nicer than Fun Valley, and that's my honest advice. It seemed like one receptionist was expected to handle everything, from reception and room service to food delivery and luggage. Think twice before booking.

I wish I could give this property zero stars. The rooms and staff were horrible, and I felt they tried to con guests over everything they asked for. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Ask for every bill and check it carefully, or they may charge you tons of money. It felt like there were frauds everywhere at this property.
