The elevator wasn't usable, and I paid 700 Rs. per nyt. Still, the location is excellent, and the rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The whole group was very supportive and generous with their time and suggestions.

The staff were very bad, and the room price wasn't fixed. They bargained with guests and had bad manners.

The rooms are very small, more like servant quarters. I'm not sure they prepare any food, and it doesn't feel family-friendly at all. Better to avoid places like this.
