Hotel Raj Palace

I picked this hotel for a visit to Keoladeo National Park, and the location was perfect. But the hot shower, wifi, and basin weren't working. The basin was the worst part: I felt an electric current in my hands when using it, as if electricity was leaking somewhere to the tap. I don't want to imagine what could have happened if my feet had been wet.

Food quality is very good, while the rooms and service are average. The hotel is very close to Keoladeo Nation park, only about 2-3 minutes away.

I booked through mmt with the cash-at-hotel option, but when I arrived at 4 pm, they hadn't reserved a room for me. I worked with the MMT team, but the hotel wouldn't budge, and MMT eventually had to find me an alternative. It was raining and I was soaked, but nobody even offered me water. Completely unprofessional.

It's a function palace, really, or a place for marriages. If you're after an economical room, it could be a good option. They only provide breakfast, and the choices are very limited. The parking area is good. I forgot to take photos of the room.
