Hotel Tourist Complex

I’ve stayed here for 30 days, so I can give it a fair review. The owner and manager respond promptly to guest complaints. The staff are good and helpful, though I wouldn’t call them professional. Rooms are clean, room service is satisfactory, and laundry is fast. The restaurant is comfortable and beautiful, and the food is tasty, but the choices are very limited: roti (chapati), vegetables, and some soft beverages, with no fast food items. It closes at 10 pm.

The rooms were very clean, and the washrooms were, too. They weren’t fancy, but the cleanliness and room service were good. I stayed here with family in Nov'23, and found very economical rooms.

It’s one of the city’s oldest restaurants, almost in the center, and the main market is closer than it is from any other hotel. Room service is good, and the adjacent restaurant serves good-quality food. But the rooms and washrooms aren’t cleaned properly. A decent choice for a one- or two-day stay, though moderately expensive.

We checked in 7july2019. The room and washroom were very neat and clean, and the rate was very nominal for the hotel standard. The owner is a very well-mannered person. It’s near the railway station, and I recommend this hotel for a stay in Bharatpur. Just go for it without any dilemma.
