The clean swimming pool is a plus, and the hotel is near the sanctuary's main gate. The rooms weren't clean, though, and they hadn't been cleaned for two days. The surrounding area is marshy and smells bad, the menu has very few choices, and the staff weren't very helpful. If you're not used to sleeper-class trains or non-AC buses, you probably won't be comfortable staying here.

I visited the resort last year when it wasn't in good shape, but things have improved a lot since then. The theme is lovely, the rooms are in great condition, and there's plenty of space across the property. The garden looks amazing, and I think the place has a lot of potential.

The food was decent, and the property has a lot of potential. But the management needs to improve. Apart from one or two people, the staff didn't seem committed to their work, and the linens were in bad shape. I hope management takes our complaints seriously.

The food was very nice, and the rooms were spacious, though they weren't clean. It's quite close to the National Park, but not close enough to walk. The place felt more like an empty wedding venue than a hotel.

The venue and rooms are awesome. The food was just okay, but the service wasn't good.
