This was an extremely bad experience. There was no power the next morning up to checkout, no hot water, and the bathroom was unhygienic. I booked dinner and breakfast, but they said only nonveg dinner was available and didn’t provide veg dinner. Breakfast was also very bad and unhygienic. The hotel is in very poor condition. Please don’t book it.

The hotel is within walking distance of the railway station, but the room was filthy, with dirty linen and blankets and stains everywhere. We were on a motorcycle trip for Narmada Parikrama, and unavoidable circumstances meant we had to stay in Bharuch. We got there just before midnight and were exhausted, so we had to put up with the filth.

They said the power cut would be over in 10 minutes and got us to pay, but the power never came back. There was no water or proper ventilation, and mosquitoes were everywhere. The place was extremely unhygienic and the service was terrible. Shame on the staff for lying to people just to get their money.

This place doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel, let alone get even one star. Hygiene was at zero and there were no staff available. It was extremely bad. Please don’t come here or visit.

The restaurant was one of the worst, and the stay was pathetic. Not recommended at all. Please don’t visit, especially with family.
