The warmth and hospitality of people in Bhavnagar are a real strength, and I wish that came through more. With the brand’s reputation, I naturally expect a lot, and getting the upkeep and service in balance could make this place better than before. I’ve known the property for years. It’s still not bad, but the room standards seem to have slipped a little from what they used to be. Paint is peeling in spots, some plugs are loose, and there’s dust or small bits of debris around electrical points. Each is a small issue, but together they affect the impression.

The pool was fantastic, and Mr. Raju Bhai was so humble and kind while managing it. Reception staff were also extremely helpful, and everyone was ready to assist. Our room was comfortable, and the food was luxurious, including a seven-course meal and freshly made Jain food. We’d planned on just two days, but ended up staying two more because the food, hospitality, and family-like atmosphere made the experience so lovely. We highly recommend Sarovar Premier if you visit Bhavnagar.

We booked two rooms for a family stay, including breakfast and meals. The rooms were clean and hygienic, but the restaurant service was very poorly managed, so this was a very disappointing experience. During the breakfast rush there was no queue or reservation system, and no table manners. Some people sat around casually at peak time while others waited outside, with nobody attending to guests. Live food items were poorly prepared, and one order took 45 minutes plus three reminders. Staff took our cutlery and pulled chairs away without paying attention. Many items also weren’t refilled on time. Zero marks for the management.

The rooms were clean, well kept, and had modern amenities. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the location worked well for both business and leisure. I had a delightful stay at Efcee Sarovar Premiere, Bhavnagar, with comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. At check-in, the front desk executive greeted me warmly and handled things efficiently. Staff took care of our needs promptly, and both check-in and checkout were smooth. Mr. Parkash, the General Manager, gave the hotel clear personal attention, and his leadership showed in how smoothly things ran and in the staff’s courtesy. Mr Pardeep was also very visible around the hotel, approachable, and professional with requests. Restaurant staff were attentive and polite, making each meal comfortable. Chef Mr Lakhpati Singh prepared excellent food consistently, and his warm hospitality added a lot to the stay. Thanks to the team for the remarkable service.
