Hotel Bluehill

I’d arranged the booking through the hotel’s WhatsApp number, and they said a room was available. But when I arrived to check in, the reception guy refused me even though rooms were open. He said they couldn’t give a room to a single man because the hotel is “COUPLE FRIENDLY.” I had an exam the next day and was in an unfamiliar city, so I got worried when he told me there was no room for me. Luckily, JUBILEE HOTEL was just a few steps away. They gave me a room for the same price, and their receptionist was nice. HOTEL BLUEHILL U SUCK. Not recommended at all.

I couldn’t sleep during my stay because there were bed bugs everywhere, as shown in the video. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures on the hotel website, and the hygiene was awful. Dirty towels, dust and dirt all over, and the price was completely unjustified. The staff seemed indifferent, and customer service was practically nonexistent. When I asked for an extra mattress, a staff member brought one from a pile by the stairs, where they were stored right on the dirty floor. It was torn, unhygienic, had foam coming out, and smelled strongly unpleasant. The rooms were substandard and this level of service was far below expectations.

Hotel Bluehill was clean, comfortable, and well maintained when I stayed there. My room was spacious, neat, and thoughtfully designed, which made the stay pleasant and relaxing. Staff were polite, cooperative, and always ready to help. Service was prompt and professional, and both check-in and checkout were smooth. The location is convenient, with easy access to major areas of Bhavnagar, and the hotel offers great value for money. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend Hotel Bluehill to anyone visiting Bhavnagar.

My stay was a total letdown. The rooms were substandard, and there was no service to speak of. It wasted my time, and I’d never recommend this place to anyone.
