Cockroaches were everywhere in the room, which was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The staff were rude, careless, and ignored complaints. The worst stay ever. Totally unacceptable, don’t stay here.

The trucks passing by are really noisy, and the club downstairs plays very loud music until midnight.

They confirmed by phone that a non-AC room was available and quoted a low rate. Once I got there, they added unexplained charges and told me to take it or leave it. It felt like a total cheat. I won't book here again and strongly wouldn't recommend it. 😡

I stayed here while doing office work, and it was a great experience.

The staff were excellent, always friendly and ready to help, but the rest of the stay was far below what I expected. The hotel felt generally unclean, and I found a cockroach in the bathroom. The bed and pillows smelled unpleasant and didn't seem clean. Internet was very slow, too. The room was advertised as having a shower, but there was no hot water; each time I needed it, I had to ask for a bucket of hot water. They should have told me about that before I arrived.
