They checked us out on the day we arrived without even asking, and the staff kept demanding a rating from the moment we walked in. They were uncooperative and even harassed us. The owner is also chutiya, and the OYO call centre was useless. Neither would listen to our concerns. The owner made up some random story, and the people at OYO wouldn't hear us out. It didn't feel safe for anyone to stay there. I had to warn you. The choice is yours, but this could be the worst stay of your life. Save yourself a lot of frustration and go somewhere else. Worst experience I've had.

Really awesome. Woodlands Hotel has a garden and city views, and is a 19-minute walk from Kanteerava Indoor Stadium in Bangalore. It has a restaurant, free WiFi throughout, a 24-hour front desk and room service. Airport transportation and car rental are available too. Each room comes with a desk, TV and private bathroom, as well as a closet and coffee machine. Buffet breakfast is served every morning. Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum is 2.1 km away, Cubbon Park is 2.6 km away, and Kempegowda International Airport is 37 km from the hotel.

The staff's behavior was the worst I've seen. They unnecessarily asked me to pay a lot extra on top of the booking amount. I don't recommend staying here.

The hygiene was poor, with dirty pillows, and they didn't provide the complimentary breakfast they'd promised. The OYO grievance system gave a very poor response. Horrible.

Their behavior was really rude, and they don't even know how to use the OYO app. Very bad.
