When I had an accident during my three-day stay, the staff showed me so much care and empathy. G.M Jinto, the reception manager chechi (Name unknown), Ambadi from house keeping, Kattappa, Sreehari, boomaan chettan (Security/ Greeter), Bar supervising Thomaachan, and the other staff all helped me. I don't remember the name of my personal room boy. Every little request was handled quickly and with care. The food was excellent too. This is a beautifully run business, with no wasted time or money. I'm a business person myself and learned a lot from them. I hope the whole team keeps doing well. I'll recommend the place again and again, and I'll be back soon with my whole family. As a top Google reviewer, I'm proud to review it and hope it has a bright future. The room we were first given wasn't ready for a guest, and later they changed it to a lower category. When we questioned this after paying for a deluxe, the receptionist rudely told us to measure the room size. A customer paying for deluxe should receive deluxe, not semi deluxe. The towels, bed linen, and even the smell in the room were disgusting and unhygienic. The receptionist's service was the worst. Completely unacceptable from a hospitality business.

The manager and a few staff members were the only good things here. We were moved to the suite, their best room, but its bathroom was overflowing. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and had cockroaches everywhere, and the alleyways stank as if someone had taken a dump nearby. Nothing else lived up to the fake four-star rating. I wouldn't consider it for a family. I don't understand how this place can have four stars when it feels like a cheap motel.

We spent one night at Span International, Cochin, and it was a really bad stay. The room was dirty, and the blankets and pillows smelled unpleasant, making it hard to sleep comfortably. The AC was on for a long time but still didn't cool properly. When we raised these problems, the night reception staff were rude and arrogant. The stay fell short of basic hospitality, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
