A lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood. The security guard needs to be more decent when speaking to people, so just ignore him. Apart from that, everything was wonderful.

People own some of the flats and rent them to tourists, but this is a residential society, not a hotel.

The owner and staff are courteous, and the budget is decent if you arrive without expecting a resort. It's close to the market and within walking distance of the beach, though the place looks more like a government staff colony. Calling it a resort feels unfair.

The location is a big plus, and our flat in block A3 was in good condition. But we had a bitter experience with the owner. The lady and her daughter were exceptionally rude, and during one argument the owner denied that the accommodation was pet-friendly, despite what we had been told. They were always ready to start a loud fight about stray dogs living in the condo, and their affection for those dogs bordered on craziness. The hosts weren't human-friendly at all.

The apartment was nice and well kept, with clean rooms and AC that kept things cool. The beach was within walking distance, and restaurants and a supermarket were nearby. It's a very pocket-friendly choice for Goa. The one thing I'd mention is that the owner isn't very cooperative with guests, so avoid calling her if you need anything.
