The rooms were clean and newly furnished, and outside food was allowed. Still, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Through Oyo I booked a suite, but was given a basic room and charged ₹2000 a night. Drinking water cost extra, and the food was very expensive, with a plate of khichdi at ₹250. Around 1 am there was a lot of noise, maybe from a group, and it disturbed us. The location was poor too, with no restaurant nearby, and autos or cabs were hard to find. My room was 103.

I stayed one night and had a lot of problems. The room was clean, but the bathroom was very untidy, with a dirty commode seat. There were light black marks on the bed and blanket, as if a dirty bed had just been covered up. The pillow covers looked yellow and dirty, we got only one dirty towel for two people, and the shower water ran slowly. The taps were okay. My air conditioner wasn’t working. I reported it before going out and asked them to move me when I returned, but the staff member seemed not to listen. At 11 pm, they told me to wait while they tried the remote, then insisted it was cooling. I asked again to change rooms and was told to wait at least 30 more minutes. It was already 11:30 pm, and I had a 6 am schedule, but they didn’t listen. I had to call Oyo customer care before they moved me. I later spoke with the owner, who seemed like a very nice person, but the staff need training. I had checked in early at 10 am and paid ₹300 extra for just two hours, without getting breakfast. I also ordered coffee, but a boy brought street coffee in a paper cup and asked for ₹20. When I said to add it to my final bill, he insisted I pay right then. The lifts were off after 10 pm until the staff came in the morning, so we had to use the stairs.

The hotel is in a very bad location, with nothing nearby, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I booked a room through Oyo, but on arrival they offered a basic room at ₹2000 per night. We were ready to pay extra, but the manager had given our booked room to someone else and told us to try finding another room. His attitude was poor.

The receptionist was helpful and polite, and service was quick. The room was good. There’s a market less than 1 km away. From the hotel, Bibi ka Maqbara is 9 km, Ellora Caves is 35 km, and Ajanta Caves is 105 km.
