Be careful if you're coming from Delhi or another state. Don't rely on people near the Jammu station to find a hotel. The staff were rude and hard to understand, and their promises were unreliable, so get the booking confirmed in writing. I had to pay whatever they demanded because I needed to get home.

They denied the promised pickup and drop when the time came, and the basic amenities were missing or in awful shape. When I asked for help, the staff were hostile and indifferent. The person at reception was especially unhelpful and extremely rude, including using abusive language in the local dialect. The hotel failed to deliver what it had promised, making this a deeply disappointing and untrustworthy stay. I urge Mr. Ritesh Aggarwal to investigate and remove this hotel from your business platform.

The staff were very rude, and the hotel was pathetic. They agreed to provide an extra mattress before taking payment, then refused when we returned, and did so rudely. I'd sooner stay at a dharamshala.

The bathroom wasn't properly clean, and when we asked them to clean it, they refused. The staff were rude to visitors and didn't speak sensibly. Their promises were fraudulent, and the service was very bad.
