We booked rooms 201 & 206 through MakeMyTrip, one Deluxe and one spacious Deluxe. Both were well kept and had air purifiers, which helped make the stay clean and comfortable. The staff and hotel representatives were kind and quick to handle our requests. The breakfast was included, fresh, and delicious, and the Ginger chai was outstanding. When we misplaced a belonging, the team quickly helped us get it back through the rapido parcel service we requested, and packed it for us. Thanks to Hotel Rupam for making our trip memorable.

Mr. Rahul at reception upgraded my room himself and gave me outstanding service. He's a real asset to the hotel. I stayed for a while, and found it one of the best hotels in the market, with excellent facilities and a perfect location close to the metro station.

The location is handy, with food stalls, tea shops, and grocery stores nearby, and the area has a lively PG feel. Staff were polite, breakfast was complimentary, and Wi-Fi was free. The clean, well-ventilated rooms had the essentials: water bottles, soap, shampoo, fridge, safe locker, hotpot, TV, AC, and fan. A few things went wrong. The fan stopped working on day two, the Wi-Fi name suddenly changed and cut off my connection, and housekeeping didn't replace the towels. A quick call to room service could probably have fixed these, but my stay was short so I didn't bother. It was a comfortable place for a short stay, though service attention could've been sharper.

The staff clearly take pride in their work, and everyone was impressive. At reception, Mr. Raman, Mr. Mukesh, and Mr. Rahul were especially warm and quick to help. They made me feel valued instead of just another guest. From check-in onward, the hospitality was outstanding. I'd highly recommend Hotel Rupam to anyone looking for staff who care about their experience.

Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the service felt professional. The room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. Staff were very polite, helpful, and quick to take care of anything I needed. We had an amazing stay.
