Treebo Suvarna Comforts

The woman at reception was so rude that it was difficult to speak with her. During the stay, no one said a word, but at checkout they refused to honor the discount listed when I booked. The hospitality and service were shameful. They shouldn't be in the hospitality business.

We had to call customer care and spent an hour stuck after checkout trying to sort this out. We'd booked through mmt, but the staff denied the amenities and told us to get lost, saying they didn't care about the booking. The receptionist and manager harassed us, and the staff were rude and horrible. We're never booking treebo again. Not recommended.

Even though we checked in at 10:45 PM, well after the restaurant had closed, the staff still took our food order and served it. They were polite, helpful, and gave great service.

The location is excellent and easy to get to. Suvarana Gate serves non-veg food and hard drinks, while Suvarna Sagar, both on the premises, is vegetarian only. The breakfast was included from 7:30 to 9:00, though I was disappointed to find just three choices instead of a buffet. The food was generally good, if a little under-seasoned. The room was clean, but the floor felt a bit sticky. The shower had hot and cold water, and basic supplies like soap, toothpaste, and a toothbrush were provided. It was a pleasant stay overall, and I'd recommend the place.
