Our wedding at Crowne Plaza Hotel left both families stressed and frustrated. There was so little support during the event that we had to handle things ourselves. No one was available to help with guests' luggage in the lobby, and when we needed tables or chairs moved, our own family members had to do it. There was also no staff serving food or clearing used plates, which was embarrassing for us as hosts. Nobody even checked whether the bride and groom had eaten. The rooms had serious problems too. Water leaked in several of them, leaving slippery floors, and some of our relatives slipped and got hurt. The irons were old and poorly maintained, and one exploded in a room. Rather than accept responsibility for the faulty iron, the hotel asked us to reimburse them. Food service at Spice Art was disappointing as well. Our orders took 45-60 minutes to arrive. The management came across as focused on money instead of guests, and the overall hospitality was among the worst we've experienced. A wedding needs coordination and care, and Crowne Plaza fell short on all fronts. I'd urge couples and families to think twice before choosing this venue.

Crowne Plaza Greater Noida was a great place for the wedding I attended. The event was handled beautifully by the professional management and courteous staff. The catering was a highlight, with top-notch food, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. A great venue for a major function.

I updated my review to five stars after the hotel took on the feedback and suggestions as expected from IHG chain hotels. The service recovery was great, and Yash at the reception was super helpful. My in-room breakfast order was spot on. The chef made a perfect omelet with bacon, cheese and mushroom, and the sides were great too. Concierge services could still improve. The suggestion was to add a bit more personal touch to guest service and bring more enthusiasm to in-room dining. Those things felt like the missing 15-20% needed for a true five-star review, and they did their part.

We had a fantastic Republic Day brunch at Crown Plaza Greater Noida & Mosaic. The dining room was beautiful and airy, with live classical music adding a lovely atmosphere. There was a huge range of food, from fresh Chaat to a live pasta station, and everything was exquisite. The service was attentive too, with someone making sure our mocktail glasses stayed full. It's pocket friendly and well worth it for the quality and ambiance. Highly recommended for a special occasion!

We've stayed here twice, and it's a very good alternative when we visit India because there's no Taj nearby, even though we usually prefer Taj group hotels. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are polite, welcoming, and consistently helpful. Breakfast is our favorite part. The buffet has a huge spread, and they're happy to make custom orders. We enjoyed every interaction with the kitchen team. I don't remember all the names, but Abhay, Anjali, Chef Anil, Chef Arjun, Kamal, and Gaurav deserve a special mention for their excellent service. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in Greater Noida.
