The location is convenient, right on one of the main roads, and the ambience is nice. But the rooms are extremely small, with no sitting area, and the bathroom needs urgent attention. Mine was cramped, the shower didn't work, and there was no partition around the bathing area, so water ended up everywhere. Breakfast needs a serious improvement too. There were very few raw or cooked choices. The only fruit was a bowl of papaya, with no juice, shakes, curd, bakery items, or salad.

The charges were a problem too: I was billed incorrectly for water, and the food cost seemed far too high for the quality and quantity. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, and didn't know how to speak properly with guests. Poor service and bad management. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

The only small issue at our rooftop birthday party was that the toilets weren't cleaned properly during the event. Everything else was amazing and memorable. Rameshji Acharya handled the initial discussion, then Ram and his team carried things out smoothly. The arrangements were great, and the food had excellent quality, taste, and quantity.

We had a rooftop get-together with friends and family, with a vegetarian menu. The veg Manchurian and crispy veg were delicious and had a unique taste, and the main course was fantastic. Mahesh and his team were very cooperative and gave us good service. Thanks to the staff for the food and service.

Nothing special. Check whether there's hot water before paying. The hotel is okay otherwise, but prices should be 15-20% lower than those at similar places. Since the rooms aren't comfortable for sitting down with drinks, the hotel should let guests use the terrace. The terrace restaurant bar is very expensive.
