OYO Flagship 77205 Hotel The King Palace

The booking was made in advance, but they still delayed our check-in. The management was awful. The rooms were dirty, and the washrooms were even worse, cramped and without an exhaust fan. There were mosquitoes and small cockroaches everywhere, and the bedsheets weren't clean. Families should stay away, full stop.

Food isn't close by because it's in a local market, and there's no restaurant at the hotel. I saw it on fab and think it's also with oyo. The rooms were okay, but there were mosquitoes, and the repellent from the front desk didn't help. Service was good, though. The bathroom had body wash but no other toiletries, and the linen wasn't kept well. The fan made so much noise it sounded like it might fall, while the bathrooms themselves were okay. It might not be my first choice, but it could work depending on the price, what you need, and the kind of stay.

They ask guests how much they paid even when the booking was prepaid through OYOrooms. The manager and OYO seem to be running scams with inflated ratings, leaving customers feeling cheated when they arrive. From what I saw, the place shouldn't cost more than ₹400-500. The photos are a big lie once you're there. The linen was dirty and smelly, the pillows were torn, the washroom was filthy, and the towel was wet. Nothing was maintained, not even a routine checklist. The staff's attitude was the last straw. They need to learn basic hospitality and people skills.

I had a nice, comfortable stay here. The staff were very nice and supported me with check-in and check-out. Manager Mr. Piyush uatwal Ji was especially polite and humble. I had no issues, so it's an easy place to try for a stay.
