We arrived at 11:30 pm and didn’t feel welcome. Though the hotel is on the main road, access and visibility don’t seem suitable for families. The lift wasn’t maintained well, and opening the room and bathroom doors took extra force. Just a below-average place to stay, and not worth the price.
The fruit salad cost 110, but came with only five watermelon cubes and three pieces of apple. It’s a fancy-looking restaurant, but the food isn’t worth the price. I’d never recommend the place to anyone. No ethics, and a terrible experience.
The hotel is well placed in Hassan and the prices are very cheap. The staff were friendly, especially Mr. Satish and Mr. Shivakumar, who were very hospitable. Room service was good too, and it’s a nice place to stay.
We’d booked an AC room but were given one without AC. They kept us waiting and wouldn’t refund the difference or move us to another room. The rooms were poor in general, with lots of mosquitoes and bathrooms that weren’t clean.
The staff were helpful, and the area was fairly clean, but the bathroom wasn’t in good shape and the shower didn’t work. There’s no complimentary breakfast either. Not a great stay.
