Best Western Plus Ramachandra

I’d planned to stay at Best Western Ramachandra Hotel on my Odisha trip, but there were no rooms available, so I stayed at Quality Inn Ramachandra instead. On the way back, I contacted Mr. Kiran Kamesh. He assured me he’d arrange a room and pleasantly surprised me with a suite upgrade. The suite had plenty of space and was thoughtfully laid out, with a separate meeting room and bedroom. In the meeting room there was a sofa set, work table, and even a gym cycle. The bedroom had a comfortable king-size bed, bedside chairs, two more chairs with a coffee table, and a large mirror. There was also a tea and coffee maker, lots of luggage storage, and a spacious bathroom with good-quality toiletries and fresh towels. The bed linen was spotless and felt fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the room tariff, with a wide menu and something for every taste. Staff were polite, courteous, and very helpful throughout. Basement parking and valet service made parking convenient, and the hotel is easy to reach, close to the main road. The spacious room, delicious food, and excellent service made for a very enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Best Western Ramachandra Hotel for its hospitality.

The food was a highlight, with every meal fresh, full of flavor, and served with care. You can tell the chefs put their heart into it. Staff were friendly and helpful the whole time, quick and polite, and always smiling. I felt very welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained too. I loved my stay and would recommend this hotel for its food and hospitality.

The area gets a bit hectic in the evening, but it’s easy to reach lots of nearby shops. The hotel itself is pretty decent, with clean rooms and courteous staff. In-room dining service was good, and there was a decent buffet breakfast spread.

Two things bothered me. They didn’t call after I booked to check my arrival time, and they didn’t seem concerned whether I came late or didn’t arrive. Then, while I was filling in the check-in form, they immediately asked when I’d be checking out. It felt like checkout mattered more to them than making check-in a good experience.
