Ramya Grand

The rooms are spacious, the location is good, and there’s closed parking. But the place really needs a thorough cleaning. There’s no AC in the hall or living room, and no toiletries are provided. The bathroom has hard water stains, and the kitchen vessels were dusty and only enough for a couple of people.

The balcony view is stunning, and the beach is very close. We were three families, eight adults and three kids, and had plenty of room in this flat with three bedrooms, a kitchen, hall, and dining area. Tourist spots in Vizag are nearby too, and the price was reasonable.

We booked this guest house for a week in May 2025 and were all very happy with the stay. The owners live there too and were very cooperative. Facilities and upkeep were excellent, and the accommodation came at a reasonable tariff.

We stayed at Ramya Grand apartment from 30th Nov to 11th Dec and had a good experience as a family. There’s a spacious kitchen set up for cooking, and you can wash and dry clothes there too. The three bedrooms and large living room have good light and ventilation, and the apartment is neatly maintained with good hospitality and room service. You can see the Indian Ocean from the apartment. We strongly recommend it for a leisure stay.
