THE CENT Sandhya Hotel

Breakfast was a highlight, and the hotel restaurant served tasty food. We had lunch there too, and the chicken biriyani was especially good. The stay was peaceful, the staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. Everything provided met the 3-star standard, and I was fully satisfied with the service. I’d stay here again on future trips and recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable place near lakadikapul bus stop.

The rooms have a lot of space, though they need upgrading, and the bed linen could be better. Breakfast was good, and overall it’s a basic stay with helpful staff. I was lucky to speak with the housekeeping manager, Ms Durga, who made sure the room was cleaned properly and looked after.

The complimentary breakfast was a real plus for a hotel at this price. I enjoyed the buffet at The Cent during my stay in the heart of Hyderabad. There was a good selection, the food was fresh and flavorful, and staff kept everything stocked and paid attention to guests. I’d recommend it to anyone staying nearby.

I paid around ₹18,500 for three rooms at The Cent Hotel, Hyderabad: a Premier Room for two people for 13th and 14th January, a Superior Room for three people for 14th, 15th, and 16th January, and a Standard Room for three people for those same three nights. The Premier Room caused no problems, but the stay in the other two rooms was very inconvenient. In Standard Room 303, there was only lukewarm water on the first day. I told reception, and a technician came and said that was the hottest water available. I explained that the other two rooms had very hot water and asked them to fix it or move us, since we had a baby who couldn’t manage cold or lukewarm water. Instead, they gave us a heater rod. I was worried about using it around the baby, so I had to take the baby to the Superior Room for basic needs that should have been possible in our booked room. Superior Room 410 had water leaking from the AC and a bathroom drainage problem. I reported both issues, but while we waited for help the floor became completely wet. The baby slipped several times, and the elderly family members also struggled to move around safely. Despite repeated complaints, including at checkout, nothing was fixed. Staff only said they would deal with it later. We couldn’t sleep properly as a result. We had a flight at 5:30 PM the next day and checked out at 12:00 PM. After all the trouble, I asked to stay until 2:00 PM, but they refused. I also had to pay ₹1,015 extra for the Standard Room as a half-day charge for just two more hours. That was disappointing given the problems we’d already had. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel for a family stay.
