There’s no restaurant, and if you ask, someone will bring food from a roadside cart. It’s covered in dust and wrapped in newspaper, so you end up with the newspaper ink too. The location is shady, and it didn’t feel like a place for families. There’s a Fabhotel sign, but the receptionist said it’s only used for bookings and that the hotel is Grand broholic hotel. The water heater didn’t work. The room had no water bottles or shampoo; after I asked a couple of times, they told me to come to reception and gave me a small soap. The rooms were empty when I arrived, but since check-in was at 11 and still about 1 hour 15 minutes away, the receptionist asked for 400 Rs to let me in roughly an hour early. The person at reception was not less than a good. I wish Fabhotel would revisit the property and avoid damaging its image by offering such cheap, shady hotels.

The room is much too small, and it’s missing basic hygiene items and facilities like an electric kettle, handwash soap, and a geyser.

The place is in a great part of the area, right on the main road, with easy access to public transport just outside the room. Getting there was simple too. Tharun provided excellent, proactive service, and everything felt super clean. You can reach someone for any service with one call.

It’s a bit far from the city centre, and there’s no kitchen. Breakfast comes in a plastic bag, so if you don’t need breakfast, it’s an okay place to stay. With family, though, some basic arrangements are lacking.

I booked four nights with complimentary Br. Fast, but the hotel said they hadn’t received any message from Fab. I had to remind them twice to fill the water tank, and every morning I was chasing them about breakfast and water. They also didn’t clean the bathroom yesterday, and there’s no car parking. I’ve never had such a bad hotel experience. Hospitality is very poor and they need to do much more for customer satisfaction. I’d rate it 0/100. Please avoid staying here.
