The argument over money left me embarrassed and stressed in front of my wife. I’d already paid FabHotels ₹5,244 for three nights, and when we arrived a little early, we agreed to the extra ₹500 for early check-in. Then the owner or staff demanded another ₹237, saying FabHotels had sent them less. I showed the app confirmation and invoice, but they kept arguing as though I’d done something wrong. Why should I deal with a payment issue between FabHotels and the hotel? Hospitality should mean guests feel respected, not cornered over an online payment already made. FabHotels support didn’t provide a proper response or escalation after I reported it. I hope nobody else gets treated this way. #fabhotels #FabhotelGoldenHitech

The first two times I visited, the rooms were kept very well. By my third stay, though, they were in poor shape, with no maintenance, and the pillow covers were really bad.
